At Zo Couture, our mission is to empower HBCU students in healthcare with stylish, functional lab‑coat apparel designed for both the lab and the professional world.

Inspired by my Papa’s journey after a brain rupture, we honor his strength by supporting brain health awareness and providing comfortable, kid‑friendly surgery gowns to children undergoing brain surgery

My experience attending lab classes in college and wearing boring, plain, one‑size‑fits‑all lab coats inspired me to create personalized lab coats that reflect your self‑expression, culture, and HBCU pride. AI TEEN SUMMIT 2025

Join us on Saturday, November 15 for the AI Teen Summit, presented by NJCU Gear Up x Girlz Love Tech, featuring Zo Couture lab coats. Building on last year’s successful Care Package Drive, this year’s event includes an AI for Social Good Panel with Microsoft leaders and Jersey City advocates, exploring how technology can drive equity and opportunity. Volunteer, donate, or stop by to enjoy hands-on activities and inspire the next generation of innovators!

How Did It Start?

Zo Couture is inspired by the meaning of life—reflected in Zoe’s name (“Zoe” = life).

Rooted in the love and care Zoe received from her grandfather.
His battle with strokes and AVM blood clots sparked her passion for medicine.
Led Zoe to pursue a pre-med path at Howard University.
He embodied resilience, optimism, and fatherly love, which now shapes the brand.
His appreciation for fine apparel and personal style inspired Zo Couture’s design.
Zo Couture blends luxury, function, and identity in every lab coat.
It encourages healthcare leaders to lead with confidence, excellence, and purpose.
